Would you like to influence decisions about local health services? NHS Northumberland Clinical Commissioning Group’s patient forum is taking place at Choppington Social Welfare Centre on Saturday 27 February from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm.
The event is your chance to share your experiences of the NHS and to influence the design of future local health service.
Earlier this month, the CCG alongside health and social care partners across Northumberland outlined an ambitious and collective vision for continuing to improve the quality of services for people living across the county. We are keen to hear the voices of patients, and to outline our vision for joined up services and co-ordinated care for people in Northumberland.
With a focus on the new models of care, the patient forum event will look at issues like improving health services for young people and caring for the elderly and those with complex needs. CCG staff will also provide updates on accessing the right NHS services at the right time as well as support to live healthily and stay well.
The event will also feature information stands from Healthwatch Northumberland, Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and Carers Northumberland.
Admission is free. To book your place, contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01670 335 178.
